We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Team Member to join our dynamic Front of House team.
Job description:
We are looking for a Chef de Partie who is experienced in working in a busy kitchen. Is used to working as a part of a team and is comfortable in working and managing different sections of a kitchen.
Chef de Partie's services responsibilities require additional organisational and managerial skills. The CDP must be able to balance the demands of different services while maintaining high-quality food standards and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute menu items in their specific section.
- Maintain efficiency in kitchen operations within their section.
- Adhere to established recipes and standards, ensuring precise execution of cooking techniques.
- Manage and prepare ingredients for specific menu items.
- Ensure the quality of the food prepared in their section.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Collaborate effectively with other sections of the kitchen.
- Manage time effectively to meet production and service demands.
- Contribute to menu development with creative ideas.
- Maintain and care for equipment in their section.
- Respond to and implement adjustments based on customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Continuously assess and improve culinary techniques and processes.
- Foster a positive team environment and effective communication
- Adapt to changing circumstances and requirements.
- Report any kitchen-related issues promptly to superiors or designated personnel
- Adhere to the established dress code and hygiene standards.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen experience is required.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays and evenings.
