With increasing international recognition and pop-ups in New York, Milan, Berlin, Shanghai and beyond, we take pride in delivering our signature Spicy Fried Chicken and Mapo Tofu Sandwiches with precision and care.
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie who’s ready to take the next step in their culinary career. In this role, you will master daily production, uphold quality, and support the wider kitchen team - with a clear development pathway toward becoming a Sous Chef. You’ll receive structured training, mentorship from our Kitchen Manager, and the opportunity to take on more responsibility as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ingredient Preparation: Accurately portion, cook, and organise ingredients to ensure efficiency.
- Stock and Order Management: Maintain inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the team.
- Quality Control: Ensure consistency in product preparation by following established Poulette recipes and standards.
- Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene protocols in all food preparation areas.
- Event & Large-Scale Orders: Assist in preparing and executing larger production runs for catering and special events.
- Production Food Items & Sauces: Following established Poulette recipes and standards.
- Service Support: Assist the service team when during opening, prepping and stocking as well as the ability to step into service during peak hours if needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the service team and kitchen leadership to maintain smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1+ year experience in a kitchen or food production role.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- A good understanding of quality assurance procedures.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and Health and Safety requirements.
- Must be legally authorised to work in Denmark.
