We are more interested in finding the right candidates with the right vibes than someone who has 30 years of 5 Michelin star experience

Days start early, and they can start late. Sometimes it's chill, and sometimes we run. But we always stay ready.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests to the establishment and provide them with a memorable dining experience.

• Take orders accurately and communicate with the kitchen and bar staff effectively.

• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring all items meet our quality standards.

• Prepare and guide guests in a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, natural wine and coffee, with attention to detail.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area, bar, and coffee station.

• Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional behaviour.

• Assist in the preparation of light snacks, adhering to food safety standards.

• Process payments and handle cash accurately.

• Resolve any customer complaints with professionalism and patience.

• Contribute to the team by being proactive and supportive in a fast-pace environment.

• Possibility to develop new skills and grow into leading positions within our brands.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Previous service experience in Service preferred.

• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.

• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced setting.

• Good knowledge of food and beverage, including cocktails, beer, wine and/or coffee preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays and evenings.

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

• Work permit in DK/EU
