What you'll actually be doing
Running your section solo during service — prep, plating, pace, all of it
Keeping quality consistent even when the ticket rail won't stop
Taking care of your equipment and your mise en place like they're yours
Flagging food safety and hygiene issues before they become problems
Communicating clearly with the pass and the rest of the line — no drama, just information
Adapting on the fly when the day doesn't go to plan (it won't, sometimes)
What we need from you
1+ year working an active section in a fast-paced kitchen — tell us which one(s)
You can run a service without someone holding your hand
You're honest when something's wrong before it becomes a six-ticket problem
Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays — that's the job, we won't pretend otherwise
Working English is enough — no Danish required
You're a team player who wants to be in a kitchen that's alive — good energy, real motivation, people who actually want to be there matter to us as much as your knife skills
