The core team of Pompette has more than 40 years of experience working in-depth with natural wine, from producing to teaching to selling and consuming. Pompette is dedicated to teaching, learning, and bettering ourselves every day. We host wine classes and blind tastings for staff to keep our knowledge and senses sharp. We also go on at least two wine trips a year with the entire team to better understand the beautiful winemakers we work with.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Experience in working with natural wine preferred but not required
• A passion and genuine interest in natural wine is the most important part for us.
• Pompette gets busy at times, so being able to work in a hectic atmosphere while staying cool is a big +++
• Caring about customer service and the workplace is a big +++. We care and we'd love for people who come on board to care
• Strong arms and back are good, too, because we occasionally lift boxes of wine. 
• Employment rights or permit that allows you to work in Denmark.
