Role: HR / People Office Manager (Hospitality Group)
We are looking for a structured and people-focused HR / People Operations Manager to support our growing hospitality group across multiple concepts - including a wine bar, restaurant, and expanding sandwich shop.
You will take ownership of HR administration, payroll, and people processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while supporting our managers in building strong teams.
What You’ll Do
Manage and maintain employee data and HR systems
Prepare and update employment contracts in line with Danish labour law
Run end-to-end payroll across all entities
Develop and maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and internal guidelines
Support recruitment processes and manage job postings
Oversee and improve onboarding and training processes
Support managers with performance reviews and employee development
Act as a go-to person for HR-related questions and support
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
Experience advising on salary structures and personnel budgeting
Experience in hospitality or multi-site environments
Who You Are
Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable handling confidential information
Strong communicator with a supportive mindset
Able to balance administrative work and people interaction
Familiar with Danish HR practices (payroll, contracts, compliance)
